Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Oversee staffing, rotas, and labour costs.
• Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-quality hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
