Hospitality Manager required at prestigious site in Mayfair, earn up to £37K!

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a prestigious site in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing a small close-knit team,  delivering impeccable hospitality and service standards to high-end clientele. The role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently liaise with VIP guests and stakeholders, and is comfortable managing last-minute requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day hospitality operation
• Leading a small team including waitstaff, and kitchen brigade
• Delivering seamless, high-end service for private clients and dinners of up to 18 guests
• Handling last-minute requests and ensuring service excellence at all times
• Building strong relationships with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinating with other managers and departments during an ongoing refurbishment project
• Maintaining exceptional presentation and operational standards throughout the site

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, private members club, or high-end hospitality environment
• Experience managing and motivating a small hospitality team
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with VIPs and high-profile guests
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
