Chef De Partie – The Role

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.

• Prepare, cook and present delicious dishes using fresh ingredients and seasonal produce.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver menus that excite our guests.

• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Support with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.

• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to the kitchen, helping us continually improve our food offering.

• Support and develop junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and passion for great food.

• Play your part in delivering fantastic food experiences across weddings, conferences, events and day-to-day hotel dining.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a similar kitchen role.

• A genuine passion for food, cooking and creating great dishes.

• Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own section.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• Someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

• A creative approach and enthusiasm to learn, develop and try new things.

• Relevant food hygiene qualifications.
