About the role

We're currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week, working variable shifts.

You'll keep the site in great shape, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance and supporting the wider facilities team every day.

What you'll do

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
• Keeping the outside of the site clean, tidy and in good repair
• Helping the facilities team manage contractors, making sure they sign in and out and follow site rules
• Opening and closing the building when needed
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
