Digital & Marketing Executive 

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 DOE 

Location: Uxbridge- Hybrid, with occasional travel to sites 

Are you a creative marketer with a passion for food, hospitality, and engaging digital content? 

Our client, a growing contract catering business, is looking for a Digital & Marketing Executive to help build brand awareness, connect with customers and bring its food and hospitality experiences to life. 

This is a varied, hands-on role covering everything from social media and content creation to menu launches, events and wider marketing campaigns. 

The role 

• Working closely with operational teams, you’ll create compelling content and deliver marketing activity across the business. Your responsibilities will include: 
• Managing and updating apps, social media channels and digital content, including Instagram and TikTok. 
• Creating engaging articles, blogs, newsletters, photography and video content. 
• Delivering email campaigns and improving the customer experience across digital platforms. 
• Producing promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, menu launches, events and pop-ups. 
• Supporting client presentations, business reviews and case studies that showcase innovation and success. 
• Maintaining a consistent brand voice across marketing materials and communications. 
• Promoting sustainability, wellbeing and colleague engagement initiatives. 
• Tracking campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to improve engagement. 

About you 

• You’ll bring creativity, commercial awareness and a proactive approach, alongside: Two years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing or communications. 
• Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content. 
• Strong written communication, organisational and relationship-building skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail. 
• An enthusiasm for food, hospitality and customer experience. 
• Experience in hospitality, food service, contract catering or retail would be an advantage, as would knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, photography, video editing or graphic design.
