- Drive customer engagement and participation across the staff dining operation, continually looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all outlets.
- Maintain exceptional service standards across both high-volume staff dining and the more personalised fine dining environment.
- Support the delivery of private lunches and corporate events, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
- Be visible and hands-on within the operation, engaging with customers and colleagues and responding proactively to feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality and team performance.
- Ensure all services operate in line with relevant food safety, health and safety and company standards.
Our ideal General Manager will have:
- Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-outlet operations.
- A strong background in contract catering, corporate hospitality, staff dining or a comparable food service environment.
- The ability to balance high-volume catering operations with premium, personalised hospitality.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
