Events & Hospitality Chef de Partie 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our events-focused culinary team, delivering exceptional food across high-end hospitality events, private dining, corporate functions and prestigious occasions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with experience in events, Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants, or within a similarly high-standard fine-dining environment, who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen and enjoys the variety and creativity that event catering brings.

What you'll be doing as a Hospitality Chef de Partie: 

• Take ownership of your section during preparation, service and event delivery.
• Support the execution of premium events, fine-dining experiences, VIP hospitality and bespoke functions.
• Maintain exceptional standards of flavour, consistency, presentation and attention to detail.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal ingredients and innovative food concepts.
• Manage mise en place, stock control, food rotation and waste reduction.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider brigade to ensure seamless service.
• Adapt to changing event requirements, guest numbers and bespoke client requests.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards.

A successful Hospitality Chef de Partie will: 

• Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred, AA Rosette or comparable fine-dining kitchen.
• Has a genuine passion for high-end food, seasonal produce and refined presentation.
• Ideally has experience in events, banqueting, luxury hospitality or large-scale premium catering.
• Is organised, disciplined and confident working to tight deadlines.
• Can maintain exceptional standards under pressure, particularly during high-profile events.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
• Takes pride in consistency, creativity and delivering memorable dining experiences.
