We are looking for a personable and proactive Floor Ambassador to join the Rapport team at our client's impressive offices, conveniently located near Bank Station. In this highly visible role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding workplace experience, providing exceptional service and support to employees, visitors, and guests throughout the day.

Working within the offices of a leading global investment management firm, you will act as a trusted point of contact, helping to create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging environment while ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday-Friday; 9-hour shift including 30-minute unpaid break for lunch.
 Current shift timings 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and 9 AM – 6 PM)

Salary: £35,800 per annum

Main responsibilities

• Create an exceptional workplace experience, ensuring employees and visitors feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout the day.
• Oversee daily workplace operations, confidently managing enquiries and delivering timely solutions to ensure a seamless office environment.
• Conduct regular floor walks to maintain high presentation standards, ensuring workspaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas remain clean, safe, and fully equipped.
• Coordinate with facilities and service partners to promptly resolve maintenance issues and support the smooth running of the workplace.
• Manage workspace services, including desk bookings, locker allocations, office moves, and workplace reconfigurations.
• Monitor and replenish workplace amenities, refreshments, and supplies, ensuring a consistently positive employee experience.
• Provide administrative support across the office, including printing, scanning, courier coordination, and general business support tasks.
• Gather and action employee feedback, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and drive service excellence.
