Restaurants Associates is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious, high-profile multinational technology company in Kings Cross, London.

The Role

Our busy café currently serves up to 1,000 covers across lunch and dinner, with an exciting new service format launching in mid-December. The operation will transition to approximately 500 covers across breakfast, lunch and dinner, bringing a fresh approach to the site's food offering.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll predominantly focus on the dinner service, taking ownership of your section from preparation through to service and ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality, consistency and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your section during preparation and dinner service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Producing high-quality dishes with excellent flavour, consistency and presentation.
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the daily running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management standards.
• Managing stock, controlling portion sizes and minimising food waste.
• Supporting and mentoring junior chefs, helping to build a positive and collaborative kitchen team.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Adapting to the evolving food offer as the café moves to its new all-day service format.

• Monday to Thursday
• 10:00am – 8:30pm
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week!

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong preparation and service skills, particularly in a busy dinner operation.
• A passion for fresh ingredients, quality food and excellent presentation.
• The ability to organise your section and maintain high standards under pressure.
• A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• A team-first attitude, with the confidence to support and guide junior colleagues.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to deliver great hospitality every day.
