At Procurement Co., part of the Foodbuy Group, we help businesses unlock value through smarter procurement solutions, strategic supplier partnerships, and exceptional client service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

This is a highly relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clients maximise the value of our procurement solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Managing client accounts to ensure contractual commitments, KPIs and service expectations are consistently achieved.
• Leading regular account reviews and business meetings, providing insights, recommendations and clear action plans.
• Driving contract retention, client satisfaction and long-term growth opportunities.
• Working collaboratively with procurement, customer service, data and supplier teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Managing escalations and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional procurement categories and services.
• Using data and commercial insight to support decision-making and client performance improvements.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Procurement Co. and Foodbuy.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management or Commercial Account Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting and presenting data.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering results.
