Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of food and drink operations within Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen, ensuring high standards, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience across every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, efficient food and drink operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop large teams
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Drive revenue while controlling costs and labour
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
• Support planning, setup, and execution of events

About You

• Experience in high-volume, Restaurant service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware with solid financial understanding
• Highly organised, adaptable, and guest-focused
