We are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join our friendly and supportive Rapport team in Canary Wharf, working with a leading organisation in climate finance. As the welcoming face of the workplace, you will create exceptional first impressions and memorable experiences for employees, clients and visitors.

Working in a busy, fast-paced reception environment, you will deliver outstanding front-of-house service while supporting meeting room bookings, events and workplace services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative, building strong relationships and working collaboratively within a close-knit team where every interaction counts.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Salary: Up to £33,305 per annum

Main responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to employees, clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage visitor registrations, notify hosts of arrivals and escort guests when required.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and requests in person, by telephone and email, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and hospitality requests, working closely with relevant teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and presentable reception area, reporting any maintenance or security concerns.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Guest Services, providing operational support, clear handovers and cover when needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and complete administrative tasks and reports accurately.
