We’re looking for talented chefs to join us from November 2026, with availability for most, if not all, Swansea City AFC home matchdays.

👨‍🍳 What you’ll be doing:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and seamless kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to menu specifications, maintaining consistently high standards of quality and presentation.
• Supporting the delivery of fresh, high-quality food for matchday hospitality, conferences, corporate functions and special events.
• Managing your section efficiently to ensure smooth service, even during busy periods.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Following food safety, allergen management and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensuring kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained appropriately.
• Bringing enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to every shift.

🔪 What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for skilled, motivated chefs who care about great food and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• At least two years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie.
• Relevant professional catering qualifications.
• Experience in a high-volume catering, hospitality or event environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership of your section.
• A passion for quality, consistency and excellent guest service.
• A flexible approach to working, with availability for Swansea City AFC home matchdays.
