Constellation is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join our catering team at a busy distribution centre in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity to work in a professional catering environment, supporting kitchen operations and delivering quality food, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts across the wider Compass portfolio, including weekends and events.

🍽️ Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality food
• Help manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation
• Support and supervise the kitchen team during service
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety
• Follow food safety, allergen management and Health & Safety procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification (minimum requirement)
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety and allergens
• Good leadership, organisation and communication skills
• A reliable, positive and professional approach
