Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Dedicated Network Receptionist, representing a renowned global property management client in the heart of Regent Street and St James’s. As part of our network of 35 premium buildings, you’ll rotate between locations, each with its own personality and style. From elegant front-of-house concierge desks to vibrant community hubs and welcoming residential receptions, every site offers something new to discover.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service continuity across the client’s portfolio, providing cover for lunches, holidays, training sessions, and occasional unplanned absences. Flexibility is key, and there may be times when evening or bank holiday support is required.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent 

Hours: 40 hours per week (shift rota basis; 7:30 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of each building within the client’s portfolio to support flexible coverage.
• Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations.
• Anticipate and respond to the needs of clients and visitors.
• Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure they are correctly booked out and turned over.
• Greet and assist all guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide consistently high standards of service delivery.
• Work proactively and efficiently to ensure timely and reliable support.
• Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
