We’re looking for a Dedicated Lunch Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport team, supporting two London sites, in Old Street and Mayfair. You’ll step in during the static receptionist’s breaks, ensuring the guest experience remains seamless throughout the day.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 25 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 10 AM and 3 PM)

Salary: £20,293 per annum

Main responsibilities

• Support multiple buildings, provide cover across sites as operational needs change.
• Deliver a professional guest welcome, ensure every visitor is greeted, acknowledged and supported in line with brand standards.
• Handle enquiries promptly, respond to in‑person, phone and email requests in a timely, polished and professional manner.
• Maintain strong building knowledge, confidently advise and direct guests using up‑to‑date awareness of facilities.
• Escalate issues appropriately, keep the Assistant Guest Services Manager and Guest Services Manager informed of any new, ongoing or potential concerns so they can be addressed quickly.

• Bring relevant customer service experience, ideally one year in a similar FOH role (luxury hotel, premium airline or corporate reception).
