Chef - 25 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 4:00pm)

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our growing culinary team, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 4:00pm with over time hours regularly available.

This role offers the perfect opportunity for chefs looking for additional hours, consistent daytime shifts and a better work-life balance.

It is particularly suited to:

• Breakfast Chefs looking to increase their earnings after completing an early morning shift.
• Agency Chefs who primarily work evenings and are looking for guaranteed additional weekly hours.
• Experienced chefs seeking a stable weekday role with weekends free.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Supporting menu development and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve food quality and service delivery
• Listening and responding to customer feedback
• Supporting the development of new food concepts and menus
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
• Monitoring stock levels and kitchen inventories
• Supporting kitchen cleanliness and compliance standards
• Helping to maintain a positive brand image through excellent food and service

Our Ideal Chef de Partie Will:

• Be passionate about great food and excellent service
• Have experience in a similar Chef role
• Have experience supervising or supporting a kitchen team
• Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate
• Have a positive, flexible and proactive approach to work
• Be organised, reliable and self-motivated
