Energy Sector | Peterhead | Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our Energy sector team at a busy site in Peterhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team to deliver outstanding cleaning and housekeeping standards within a fast-paced operational environment.

Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
• Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment for your team.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
• Carry out quality audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required.
• Produce weekly rotas in line with operational requirements.
• Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning consumables and equipment.
• Act as a responsible key holder when required.
• Support with administrative duties, reporting and associated compliance paperwork.
• Ensure all team members adhere to Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supervising cleaning or frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A positive, flexible and customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices.
