As demand for our services continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help us build new relationships and accelerate our growth across the UK.

The opportunity:

This is a new-business-focused role for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships and closing deals.

You’ll take ownership of the complete sales journey, from identifying prospects and starting conversations through to presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, supporting onboarding and developing successful long-term client relationships.

You’ll be selling a service that delivers genuine commercial value, helping hospitality businesses overcome procurement challenges while accessing competitive pricing, expert support and a reliable supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:

• Winning new business across the UK hospitality sector
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and self-generated leads
• Taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation, closing and onboarding
• Building relationships with business owners, Managing Directors, Finance Directors, General Managers and other senior decision-makers
• Understanding prospective clients’ commercial challenges and presenting tailored procurement solutions
• Delivering persuasive presentations, proposals and commercial pitches
• Identifying new markets, prospects and revenue opportunities
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity information within the CRM
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a smooth client onboarding experience
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be a confident and resilient sales professional who is comfortable generating your own opportunities and asking for the business.

You’ll know how to start meaningful commercial conversations, uncover client needs, overcome objections and convert prospects into successful long-term partnerships.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Proven success in business development or B2B sales
• Experience selling services, preferably within hospitality, procurement, foodservice or a related sector
• A consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
• The ability to develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and pipeline management skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
