Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, professional and friendly front of house experience
• Serving food and beverages to residents, guests and colleagues
• Setting up and maintaining dining and hospitality areas to a high standard
• Ensuring excellent presentation of food and service areas
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
• Following all Health & Safety and company procedures
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

About You

• Passionate about customer service and creating positive experiences
• Friendly, approachable and professional in your interactions
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, organised and adaptable
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Previous hospitality, catering, retail or front of house experience is desirable but not essential
