Chef Manager - Nuneaton 

£29,500 per annum | 5 days over 7

Are you a passionate Chef who loves creating great food and leading a team? We’re looking for a Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Nuneaton and take ownership of the catering operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day catering operation, from the kitchen through to service.
• Creating fresh, high-quality food that keeps customers coming back.
• Leading, motivating and developing your team.
• Managing stock, ordering, food costs and waste to keep the operation running efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
• Building strong relationships with customers and the wider site team.
• Taking ownership of the catering operation and making it your own.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Chef or Chef Manager who is passionate about food, confident leading a team and enjoys being hands-on. You’ll need good organisation skills, a positive attitude and the ability to deliver great food and service consistently.
