Salary: £45,760 per annum

Location: Southampton, SO160BT

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:30, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation, delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services.
• Take full responsibility for both the culinary and operational management of the site.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 5-6 catering colleagues, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service.
• Oversee food production for a busy site serving approximately 360 covers per day.
• Create and deliver fresh, seasonal, and innovative menus, demonstrating a genuine passion for food.
• Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and company compliance standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage stock control, ordering, food costs, and labour budgets to achieve financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring service expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Support the successful launch and ongoing development of this brand-new contract and site.
• Maintain excellent organisation and planning skills to ensure smooth service delivery across all areas.
