Commis Chef – Restaurant Sin Fin (Defence Site)

Location: Derby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:30am – 3:00pm)
Pay: £14.45 per hour

Could you bring your spark to Defence? Join our friendly and dedicated kitchen team at Restaurant Sin Fin, part of the Compass Group UK&I family. We’re a busy restaurant serving over 600 guests per day, and we’re looking for a Commis Chef who’s ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

‍ Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator

• Assisting with general kitchen duties as directed by senior chefs

• Maintaining Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety standards

• Representing Compass Group UK&I and Restaurant Sin Fin with pride and professionalism
