We're looking for... Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, this role will support the planning, delivery and reconciliation of THFC and third-party event days, including pre-match, pre-event and on-the-day requests. You’ll help drive service delivery across internal areas, including club spaces, media and broadcast facilities, and family and friends’ areas, with a strong focus on the internal and external guest experience. On non-event days, you’ll also support and lead the setup and delivery of Conferences & Events. We are Levy We are a visionary venue partner. Event Operations Supervisor - Internals - The Role Manage the delivery of THFC, third-party and Conference & Events as rostered. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, including team personnel, VIPs and event organisers. Support the setup and delivery of first-class match day and event day hospitality. Support and lead internal and external Conferences & Events. Champion Health & Safety, cleanliness and operational standards across all areas. Lead and support variable teams, providing training, guidance and ongoing development. Review service delivery and performance to ensure KPIs and customer expectations are consistently met. Ensure event spaces are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. Keep up to date with hospitality and market trends to support continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with colleagues and carry out additional duties as required by the line manager. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality, food-led service environments. Experience within stadiums, events, multisite outlets or event catering is desirable. Experience working with VIPs, high-profile clients and senior stakeholders desirable. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to solve problems and identify opportunities. Able to multitask, prioritise and adapt operational procedures when required. Passionate about developing teams and building strong client relationships. A confident team player with a can-do attitude, who remains calm and assertive under pressure and can work flexible hours.
