We’re looking for two passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Parties to join the culinary team at H Beauty, Silverburn, Glasgow – a luxury destination owned by Harrods.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a high-end culinary environment, creating beautifully presented dishes and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

You’ll be part of a team preparing luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium food offerings, giving you the opportunity to work with quality ingredients and showcase your culinary skills.

 What will you be doing?

• Preparing and cooking luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes
• Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistently high standards
• Producing food with excellent quality, presentation and attention to detail
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Helping to coach and develop junior chefs
• Maintaining excellent food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
• Working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Bringing creativity and passion to everything you produce

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is ready to progress, develop their skills and take on greater responsibility.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
• A genuine passion for food and high-quality presentation
• Experience within a high-end restaurant, hotel, hospitality or premium catering environment is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergen standards
• The ambition to develop and progress your culinary career
• The confidence to take responsibility for your section and support junior team members
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
