Hospitality Supervisor Location: London Restaurant Associates is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our London operations. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality, you’ll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help create a positive working environment, maintain excellent standards and make sure the operation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of service. You’ll have previous supervisory experience within hospitality, contract catering, restaurants or events. You’ll be organised, reliable and confident dealing with both guests and colleagues. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive approach and a willingness to get involved.
