We're looking for... We’re looking for a Business Excellence Manager who is passionate about creating great guest experiences and has a real eye for detail, consistency and continuous improvement. You’ll be someone who can take our operating standards – our Levy Signatures – and bring them to life across our venues, making sure they are clear, practical, fit for purpose and deliverable in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll work closely with Signature Owners, subject matter experts and venue teams to continually evolve our standards, measure compliance through our In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) process, and turn insight into meaningful action. You’ll be confident coaching and supporting teams, challenging where needed and identifying opportunities to help our venues raise the bar. We are Levy We are a visionary venue partner.
