Cleaning Site Manager

We're looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the day-to-day cleaning operation across the site
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of cleaning colleagues
• Ensuring all cleaning standards, audits, and quality expectations are achieved
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations
• Managing labour, consumables, and operational budgets effectively
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conducting team briefings, training, and performance reviews
• Responding proactively to client feedback and continuously seeking service improvements
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
• Ensuring equipment and cleaning resources are maintained to the required standard

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in a cleaning management role
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to engage and develop teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience managing cleaning standards, audits, and compliance requirements
• Good financial awareness, including labour and budget management
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
• Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practice
