Deputy General Manager - Kia Oval, London | Full-Time / Permanent £65,000 + bonus and excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more. We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to join our dynamic senior leadership team at The Kia Oval - iconic international cricket ground and home to Surrey County Cricket Club since 1845. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader with strong F&B expertise, a passion for food and guest experience, and a track record of driving innovation and high-performance teams. The role is not about maintaining standards but continuously evolving them. As Deputy General Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food, beverage, and guest experience across elite international cricket (including The Ashes and ICC World Test Championship), domestic fixtures, and year-round non-matchday trading across hospitality, retail, and C&E.
