As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. Working alongside experienced chefs, you’ll develop your culinary skills, assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, and help deliver an outstanding dining experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food while maintaining quality and minimising waste
• Assist with general kitchen duties and support busy service periods
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete required records
• Manage a designated kitchen section as skills develop
• Take part in training, feedback, and daily team briefings
