• Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.

• Drive food quality, consistency and culinary excellence.
• Manage food costs, labour and kitchen performance.
• Develop and mentor future culinary talent.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef experience in premium hospitality, luxury retail or five-star hotels.
• A passion for exceptional food and innovative menus.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and food costs.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
