Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7:30am - 6:30pm

Location: London, EC1A 9HP

Rate of Pay: £33,000 per annum plus event overtime paid at a premium of 1.5

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
• Managing a team of 7 FOH & 6 BOH team members 
• Report directly to the General Manager at site
• Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
• Managing the tills and processing payments
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Assisting with paperwork when required
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image

Our ideal Assistant Catering Manager will:
