Salary: £45,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Location: NG24 1GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations across four sites spanning two locations, ensuring exceptional service, consistency, and performance.
• Oversee all administrative and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Drive operational excellence by managing site performance, financial controls, and service delivery standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams to build engagement, accountability, and high performance.
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, and KPIs, implementing actions to maximise profitability and efficiency.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact across all sites.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning to maintain a motivated and capable team.
• Take ownership of all operational challenges, delivering effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a visible presence across all locations, providing hands-on leadership and supporting teams where required.
