Account Director – Canary Wharf – Monday to Friday

£85,000 + bonus

We're looking for an exceptional Account Director to transform our catering operation and set new standards of excellence ahead of our new building launch in 2027!

This is a rare chance to leave your mark on a flagship account. You'll take complete ownership of our catering service with a prestigious client, with the autonomy and backing to make bold decisions that matter. With a new state-of-the-art building on the horizon, we need someone who can build the foundation for excellence now and create a service that matches our client's ambitions.

What You'll Do

• Transform the food offer into something genuinely special – you'll know great food when you see it and won't settle for less!
• Hold your team accountable through robust performance management, setting clear expectations and following through
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders in the firm, understanding their business and becoming a trusted partner
• Lead the strategic planning for our new building launch, positioning us as the hospitality partner of choice
• Drive commercial performance with a focus on P&L, identifying opportunities to improve margins whilst elevating quality
