Monday to Sunday | 8:30pm – 4:00am

We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties, offering flexibility across the week.

💷 Pay Rate:

£20.36 per hour

📄 Contract:

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

🔐 Important Information

Before starting your night shifts, you'll need to complete:

• One day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures
• Immediate starts available following a successful induction

🔪 What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality evening meals and breakfasts
• Working alongside a General Assistant (GA) to deliver a smooth service
• Catering for up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Supporting the efficient running of the kitchen during service

👨‍🍳 What We're Looking For

You'll need:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management
• Must be 18+
• Own safety shoes and chef knives
