Catering Assistant - Didcot

17.5 Hours per Week | £15.31 per Hour

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at Porsche in Didcot.

The role is predominantly customer-facing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and professional service to employees, guests, and VIP visitors.
• Maintaining hospitality areas to the highest standards.
• Replenishing hot vending, cold offer and beverages
• Supporting front-of-house operations and ensuring all customer areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Assisting with occasional hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and VIP visits.
• Adhering to food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Is confident working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintains high standards and pays close attention to detail.
• Presents themselves professionally in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous hospitality, catering, front-of-house, or customer service experience would be advantageous.
