We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team at a brand-new Eurest operation within Amazon in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh food, quality ingredients, and delivering an exceptional dining experience in a modern workplace environment.

About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, preparing and delivering high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and cleanliness. Working alongside the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you will help ensure every service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard.
• Take responsibility for your designated section during service.
• Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes, specifications, and customer expectations.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health & safety standards.
• Support stock control, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Assist with menu preparation and food production planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role.
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
• A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
