Roundhay Festival is bringing huge energy to Leeds this summer — with acts like Lewis Capaldi and Pitbull taking the stage — and we’re building a standout bar leadership team to match it. This is a brilliant opportunity to work across some amazing bars, each with its own pace, personality, and atmosphere.
We’re looking for experienced leaders who can adapt to any setup, keep the vibe high, and guide a small team through the busiest moments with confidence and style.
What you’ll bring
- Strong leadership in fast‑paced bar environments
- Confidence running small teams and keeping service smooth
- Festival‑ready personality — upbeat, calm, switched on
- Professionalism from first pour to final close
Must‑haves
- Available all three dates: 3rd, 4th & 5th July
- Able to travel to/from Mansion Lane, LS8 2HH (parking available)
