Working closely with operational teams, suppliers, logistics, and finance, you will play an essential part in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring goods are correctly allocated within the business systems. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate cost allocation within stock and finance systems
  • Investigate and resolve delivery, allocation, and stock discrepancies
  • Support stock counts, reconciliations, and period-end reporting
  • Maintain accurate stock records and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with operational managers to improve stock processes and accountability
  • Monitor wastage, misallocations, and cost control issues
  • Support audit requirements and internal financial controls
  • Assist with the setup and improvement of stock control procedures and workflows

About You

  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or operational finance
  • Experience within hospitality, catering, retail, or multi-site operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with stock systems and financial reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery streams effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and cost control
  • Confident working in a fast-moving operational environment

This is a great opportunity to join a professional and high-volume operation where you can play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the business.
