What you’ll be doing

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional standards across the site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and motivating your team to create a positive, supportive working environment
  • Ensuring deliveries are checked, stored, and managed efficiently
  • Creating and managing weekly rotas in line with operational needs
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required
  • Delegating tasks effectively to keep the team proactive and productive
  • Maintaining strict Health & Safety and Hygiene standards at all times

What we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in a cleaning role (healthcare experience is highly desirable)
  • Previous experience supervising or leading frontline teams
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • A team-oriented, “can-do” attitude
  • The ability to stay positive and perform under pressure
