We're looking for a Head Barista to lead the coffee and barista function at The Conduit  - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. You will be responsible for ensuring consistently high-quality beverages, strong service standards and an engaging guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will take ownership of the barista station during service, support and develop the team, and champion a coffee offering that reflects quality, craft and attention to detail.

Birchwood at The Conduit, led by chef Will Devlin, is a brand-new cafe and wine bar that will bring a fresh, ingredient-led approach rooted in seasonality and sustainable sourcing. Expect bold, thoughtful dishes and a space designed for connection in the heart of Covent Garden.

• Experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
• Passion for quality, consistency and guest experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and visible leader
