Job Title: Driver / Catering Assistant

Overview:
 We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Driver / Catering Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a varied role combining driving duties with hands-on catering and customer service responsibilities. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive environment where your contribution is valued and recognised, with opportunities for growth and development.

Contract Details:

• Working pattern: Monday to Thursday
• Shift: 05:30 – 15:30 (including a 1-hour break)
• Contract: 50.2 weeks per year

Role Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Collect the site vehicle at 05:30 each working day
• Safely transport team members, picking up staff at approximately 06:00
• Ensure timely drop-off of staff to the workplace
• Return staff at 14:30, concluding driving duties safely and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
• Adhere to all road safety and company driving policies

Catering & Customer Service Duties:

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food that meets company standards
• Create attractive food displays and maintain a clean, welcoming counter area
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Handle transactions and operate the cash register accurately
• Uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Represent the organisation positively in all interactions

About You:

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• A team player who thrives in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
• Ability to manage time effectively across driving and catering duties
• Strong awareness of safety in both driving and food handling
• Previous catering or similar experience is desirable but not essential
