Role: Barista
Pay: From £12.75 per hour, paid weekly
Constellation are on the lookout for enthusiastic, coffee-loving baristas to join our Front of House team and help create memorable moments—one great cup at a time ☕✨
Working Pattern
7:30am - 3:30pm - MONDAY to FRIDAY

What You’ll Do
As a Barista, you’ll be right at the heart of fast-paced, exciting environments, serving top-quality drinks with confidence and care. Your role will include:
☕ Crafting barista-style drinks, including:
- Cappuccinos
- Lattes
- Flat whites
- Americanos
- Espressos & double espressos
- Mochas
- Hot chocolates & teas
🥛 Steaming and texturing milk to a high standard (including dairy alternatives)
🥐 Serving food and grab-and-go items
🚫 Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care
🧹 Keeping coffee stations clean, stocked, and well-presented
😊 Delivering warm, friendly service—every time
From early-morning conference rushes to buzzing exhibition days, you’ll help keep guests energised and smiling.
What We’re Looking For
✨ Friendly, confident people-person with excellent customer service skills
✨ Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
✨ Positive team player with a can-do attitude
✨ Great attention to detail and pride in drink quality
✨ At least 2 months’ barista experience on a manual machine!
