Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef looking for a fantastic work-life balance? We’re recruiting for a Head Chef in Manchester to lead a busy kitchen operation with an early finish every day and no weekend work. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations

  • Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality menus

  • Manage stock control and ordering

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations

  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff

  • Maintain excellent presentation and service standards

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

  • Passion for fresh food and high standards

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP

A practical trade test will form part of the interview process to showcase your skills and creativity.
