Industrial Cleaning Site Manager - Manchester

Up to £42,678 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Cleaning Site Manager to lead our industrial cleaning operations in Manchester, ensuring exceptional service delivery, team leadership, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and labour planning
  • Ensure high service standards and conduct regular quality reviews
  • Monitor labour costs and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Manage team performance, training, and recruitment
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams and support functions
  • Maintain compliance with all HSE and company procedures
  • Support continuous improvement and identify service growth opportunities

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with industrial cleaning knowledge is essential
  • Understanding of PPM and reactive works 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel essential
  • Confident working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of HSE practices and labour planning

Desirable:

  • Experience in food manufacturing or FM environments
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems such as Topdesk
