Location: Sinfin, Derby
Salary: £30,000 per annum + KPI Bonus Scheme
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Are you an experienced Café Manager with a passion for exceptional food and world-class customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, serving around 400 customers daily while leading a dedicated team?

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Café Manager to lead our ASDA Café team in Sinfin, Derby, delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As Café Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the café’s performance and lead a team of 7 colleagues to success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service

• Overseeing daily catering and service operations

• Managing stock control, inventories and budgets

• Monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing action plans

• Managing tills and ensuring accurate cash handling

• Supporting with rotas, training and compliance paperwork

• Liaising effectively between senior management and your team

• Maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring high standards at all times

With around 400 customers served daily, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, vibrant café operation.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a Café Manager or similar leadership role

• Has experience managing and developing teams

• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

• Has strong organisational and communication skills

• Is commercially aware and comfortable working to KPIs

• Is ambitious, motivated and eager to progress
