Chef

We’re delighted to be recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Chef to join our supportive kitchen team at Circle Rehab Edgbaston. If you take pride in producing high‑quality, well‑presented meals and enjoy working in a collaborative, positive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full‑time position offering 40 hours per week, with shifts across 7 days on a rotational basis. You’ll contribute to delivering breakfast, lunch and evening meals for our patients and visitors, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

• Preparing and cooking nutritious, appealing meals in line with set menus
• Delivering consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control
• Contributing ideas when menus are reviewed or updated
• Supporting a positive dining experience and responding to feedback appropriately
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment needs
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Following all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and organisational policies

• A genuine passion for great food and quality service
• Previous experience working as a Chef, ideally in a similar healthcare or service‑focused environment
• A team‑oriented approach with confidence in supporting colleagues
• A valid Food Hygiene certificate
• Reliability, flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude
