Main Responsibilities 

As Executive Chef, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and our leadership team to develop and deliver a bold culinary vision that sets a new benchmark in the industry!

• Define and lead the long-term culinary strategy ahead of the 2027 move
• Design innovative, seasonal menus that surprise, excite, and inspire
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Champion creativity while delivering operational excellence
• Experiment with new concepts and take smart, calculated risks
• Elevate the food experience across the business, every single day

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head of Culinary
• A bold, modern food philosophy with genuine creative flair
