Grand National Chefs 2026

Here at Jockey Club North West, we are looking for motivated, committed and friendly individuals who want to join our world class catering operation working across retail and hospitality areas delivering outstanding customer service for the 2026 Randox Grand National.

This position requires you to be able to work all days between 8th April - 11th April 2026.

You will be expected to work in a fast paced, bustling kitchen environment at one of our many hospitality or retail outlets on site. We have a variety of outlets open on a race day, including buffets, A La Carte, BBQ, and retail outlets.

Payrates:

COMMIS // £13.21

CDP // £16.32

SOUS // £18.36

LEAD CHEF // £19.58

Responsibilities include:

• Provide outstanding food that is delivered and presented to an exceptional standard!
• Ensuring all food is produced to the highest working guidelines on food preparation.
• Ensuring your team are working in adherence with company policy, service, and staff welfare.
• Working as part of a small or large team
• Adhering to all health and safety practices
• Use of specific equipment which will be trained based on role.
• Performing to a high standard including presentation, attendance, and communication.
