About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in the heart of St James’s. Our client is a prestigious, globally recognised leader in property management. The successful candidate will operate from a ground-floor reception within a multi‑tenant building, working in close collaboration with the on‑site security team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly professional and supportive team focused on delivering first‑class service to VIP clients and their guests. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, polished, compliant, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of visitors in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility according to business needs)

Salary: £34,000 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Welcoming and supporting all guests and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Delivering consistently high‑quality, professional service at all times.
  • Working efficiently to ensure prompt, reliable service delivery.
  • Proactively anticipating and fulfilling the needs of visitors and clients.
  • Handling emails and telephone enquiries quickly, accurately, and effectively.
  • Adapting smoothly to changing situations while maintaining a responsive, solution‑focused approach.
